Font file size doesn't seem to be the issue that it once was. In print maybe. For high volume web sites, or web sites with lots of mobile users, font sizes matter.1 -

Yes. When he was still alive it was. His estate and its licensees withholding the design for decades is unfair. I’ll go with honor. It’s more honorable than squatting on the trademark for decades.2 -

If the differences between diacritics are just stylistic you can put them into a stylistic set (an OpenType feature). But the software you’re using might not support stylistic sets.1
